Shipping Information
We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase from start to finish.
We use USPS mail services to provide everyone with their orders. Our processing times average between 1-3 business days. Shipping times are based on the rates provided by USPS and dependent upon type/weight of package and shipping to and from addresses. All shipping estimates will be tailored to your order at the checkout.

NOTE: WHITE DAHLIA BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STORE IS TRANSFERRED ONCE IT HAS ENTERED THE MAIL SERVICE SYSTEM. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.
For domestic (U.S.) shipping, there are two options:

Priority Mail – estimated delivery time 2-6 business days

Priority Mail Express – estimated delivery time 1-4 business days
We also ship worldwide, for which there are two options:

Priority Mail International – estimated delivery time 6-12 business days

Priority Mail Express International – estimated delivery time 4-7 business days
Free shipping is provided for domestic orders exceeding $100 and international orders exceeding $130.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label with a new address.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return a purchased item, you may use USPS, UPS, or FEDEX for shipment. All shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping labels will not be provided. For more information on returns, please visit our return policy page.

Due to the current global situation, shipping times may take longer than expected. White Dahlia Boutique promises to get orders shipped within 3 business days. If your package is taking longer than estimated, this is an issue with USPS.
